Customer Service Advisor
- Do you have a min of 6 months experience of working in an inbound call centre?
- Would you be happy handling 40+ inbound calls as well as live chat and website enquiries?
- Are you keen to join a friendly, social and positive team?
- Are you available for immediate work?
- Weekly pay 12.50 p/hour + paid holiday and pension enrolment after qualifying period.
Our client is looking for individuals to join their busy customer service department.
The Individual:
- Friendly, confident and outgoing
- Enthusiastic and keen to learn
- Confident communicator, happy to be on the phone
- Team orientated
- IT savvy
The Role:
This is an inbound position no sales or cold calling, and you will assist customers with any queries which could relate to any of the following:
- Change of personal details i.e. address, contact details
- Changes to bank details and payment options
- Assisting with queries relating to agreements and contracts
- Updates on progress of applications or queries
