• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
• Resolving queries and providing support in a professional manner
• Updating customer records accurately
• Working as part of a supportive team to ensure a great customer experience

• Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
• Previous customer service experience (call centre, retail, hospitality, etc.) is beneficial but not essential
• A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good IT skills and attention to detail

• Hourly rate (£12.50 - £13.30)
