Our client in Redhill is seeking a Customer Service Agent for a full-time contract position.
The role involves handling inbound calls regarding various occupational pension schemes in a busy call center environment.

The position requires achieving individual KPIs of 50 calls per day, working Monday to Friday for a total of 35 hours per week.

Our client based in Redhill, are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join their team in Redhill on a contract basis.

This role will be working full time in their office in Redhill.

Working in a busy call centre, within a friendly and professional team.

You will mainly be taking inbound calls relating to a variety of occupational pension schemes.

You may be required to answer queries via email and be asked to provide support to the administration and customer service team

Hit individual (KPI of 50 calls per day) and team targets

Monday - Friday, 35 hours a week, 7 hours per day
