On behalf of our client, we are looking to employ a highly driven Client Services Administrator to join a team at an exciting time of growth and development. You will play a significant role in the organisation’s development and in turn will have the opportunity for career development and on-going learning.

Looking for someone with a proven track record in customer care who is methodical, highly organised, results driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Hours: Full time. Mon-Fri, 09.00 – 17.00. Location: Redhill, Surrey. Salary: £25,000 per annum

Supporting clients via telephone and email via our client management system.

Respond to all email enquiries 

Administer and monitor the order processing system.

Accurate record keeping on a client management system.

Key Skills:  

Excellent call handling and telephone skills, superb customer service skills, proficiency in the use of IT systems.

Thorough attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.  Time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.

Own transport essential as my client is not based in central Redhill.
