Our client is seeking several dedicated Customer Services Advisors / Contact Centre Agents to join their dynamic team. This role involves managing a variety of customer service calls, providing support, and offering solutions to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Specific responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Handle a diverse range of customer service calls with professionalism.
  • Assess customer inquiries and issues, providing effective solutions.
  • Offer clear and accurate information to assist customers, while maintaining a calm and professional manner.
  • Provide reassurance and support to customers, ensuring a positive service experience.
  • Accurately log details about customer interactions and transactions into a computer system.
  • Coordinate with other departments as necessary to resolve customer issues efficiently.

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
