Randstad, in partnership with a friendly primary school in Uckfield, is seeking a committed and flexible SEN Teaching Assistant to provide support for four children across different age groups and learning needs.

The Role:
  • Hours: 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
  • Support Focus:
    • Lunchtime: Assist two children in Key Stage 1 (Reception and Year 1).
    • Afternoon Session: Provide 1:1 support to two children in Year 6. One child has ADHD, and the other experiences delayed learning, particularly with language development.
  • Flexible Support: This role requires adaptability to work with children across different age ranges and needs.
