Our client is seeking an operations specialist on a permanent basis to join their business process outsourcing team, focused on providing services to energy clients.
Your duties will include:
- managing communications with energy suppliers and metering organisations
- executing billing
- management of data, including the production of reporting and analysis of key metrics
- ensuring processes aligned to customer license obligations
- resolution of issues raised by businesses the company services, which includes billing issues
- reconciliation of invoices
- implementing process improvements
About you:
- You will have have ideally worked within the utilities sector in a similar process driven / analytical role
- You will be comfortable resolving queries and taking ownership of problems that arise
- You will be well organised, methodical in your approach and have an ability to assimilate information quickly and logically
- An energy metering background would be highly desirable
