Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual looking for a new challenge? Our client is seeking a talented Project Co-ordinator to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a database of existing and new customers, ensuring accurate records are kept.
  • Record and monitor all sales opportunities using relevant software, maximising efficiency.
  • Raise estimates from customer information, while meeting company margin goals.
  • Offer technical support on products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Attend networking events to expand professional connections and opportunities.
  • Manage orders and projects, ensuring customer objectives are met regarding lead times and product quality.
  • Monitor stock levels and raise purchase orders for stock and non-stock items.
  • Oversee sub-contract elements to ensure project costs and variations are controlled.
  • Maintain up-to-date project files and estimating/processing packages.
  • Provide temporary support in warehouse management, distribution, and machinery use with full training.
  • Proactively contact customers to create new business opportunities.
  • Attend site meetings as requested.
  • Undertake any additional duties as assigned by your line manager.
