My Client is a major player in the skincare & suncare industry offering a popular range of premium products to prestigious retail clients and direct to consumers. Due to our continued expansion and rapid sales growth we now seek a passionate and driven Sales Administrator / On Air Events Coordinator to join our successful sales team at our Head Office in Redhill, Surrey.

Job Title:

Admin & On Air Sales Coordinator

Full/ part time: Full Time Office based in Redhill with fully expensed travel to West London TV Studios as required therefore a car driver would be ideal. Further down the line occassional international travel may be desired (most often to Germany, USA, other destinations such as Dubai, France & Switzerland - again this would be fully expensed and only if personal circumstances allowed ie not an essential part of the job)

Role Overview:

To actively drive and support the Account Director of the Beauty brand with particular focus to develop business with the TV shopping channel QVC. To ensure the smooth running of show preparation for airing on shopping channels across all countries Worldwide.

Responsibilities

Working closely with Account Director on the sales operation of my Client with QVC to include range planning and annual strategy.

Working closely with Account Director to use show and sales analysis to meet sales targets and strive to exceed these by maximising and creating opportunities

Effectively plan stock and consumables necessary to fulfil orders from QVC, while managing stock levels in order to mitigate overstocking and 'out of date’ stock being held

Proactive communication with QVC and the Brand to ensure seamless delivery of product to end market to include details such as new VT and claims from Brand

All meetings needed at QVC and communication with Brand

Processing QVC purchase orders from initial receipt - inputting on to EXACT (my Client’s warehouse management software) and liaising with warehouse to ensure timely delivery booking

Constant communication and updates with the Brand team at my Client to ensure guest is ready for on-air - confirming airtime/availability/PAL

Ensuring that all show preparation is ready in a timely manner

Working closely with Sales Director on preparing details of new products, legal claims forms, VTs and 'before and after’ shots to ensure are compliant for on-air

Manage returns to the business (RTV/ CRTV) in a timely and proactive manner

On Air Sales Support

Managing the processing, submission, follow-up, and maintenance of legal documents for claims to be made on-air. To include but not limited to on-air claims statements and price comparison forms.

Preparing and submitting price comparisons and regularly revisiting price comparisons for 3-month rules.

Ensuring any on-air props are made available for guests in advance of shows and managing any on-air requirements for models and on-air assets.

To include model booking, T-shirts, plinths, branding, samples (presenter, model, guest and on-air), set design (TSV), VTs, slides and demos, overviewing blueprint management, B & As etc.

Monitoring relevant online content to ensure this is maintained to current artwork and information standards for all brands.

Coordinating with Brand Managers/ Regulatory & QA Manager to ensure that any samples required are sent out in a timely manner.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES

Highly organised self-starter with a meticulous attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Highly organised with good computer skills

High competency in working with the Office package (Word and Excel being the priority)

Have a good ability to communicate confidently with a range of people both on the phone and face to face.

A good understanding of the shopping channels we work with

Self-motivated

Focused on delivering outstanding service with a can-do attitude.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while paying strict attention to detail
