Found Industrial are looking for Factory Operatives to work alongside our client in Redhill. The role will include working within the factory as part of a team, following supervisor instructions and always adhering to health and safety.

The Role of Production Operative:• Day shift (6am starts) – Requires own vehicle to get here• Night shift (9pm-6am)

Duties of Production Operative:• Operating machinery (training provided)• Using small hand tools• Ensuring items are manufactured to the highest quality

Requirements for Production Operative:• Good level of written and verbal English required• Able to stand for long periods• Eye for detail

We are happy to accept individuals with warehouse, factory, distribution, forklift or drivers mate experience. Suitable for individuals with no experience (university graduates, career change etc).
