Airtime Billing Manager(On site)
Hexwired Recruitment have partnered with a rapidly growing Defence company that provide IT communications to the government and maritime markets. They are now seeking a talented Airtime Billing Manager.
As an Airtime Billing Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the billing cycle, as well as managing the day-to-day activities with other internal and group teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy of the airtime billing database.
- Handle internal and external requests for activating, deactivating, or changing service packages, while informing customers about any applicable early termination fees
- Understand and manage airtime processes, ensuring they are executed efficiently and on time
- To extract and present analytical reports for billing and activation purposes.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in airtime billing and provisioning, with a proven history of providing exceptional global customer service.
- Familiarity with telecom billing software and related processes.
- Proactive in resolving or escalating issues promptly.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks, multitasking, and working effectively under tight deadlines
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn about the services offered by the organization - Skilled in identifying and investigating discrepancies until they are resolved
