Role Responsibilities

As Audit & Accounts Manager, you’ll manage a varied client portfolio and support the leadership team in delivering exceptional service and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients (starting at approximately c.£400k) with a mix of c.75% audit, c.15% accounts prep, and c.10% corporate tax
  • Leading audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
  • Supporting Partners with the overall management of the General Practice team and the Heathrow office
  • Mentoring and training staff, acting as a training manager and delivering presentations to trainees
  • Building strong client relationships, addressing queries, and identifying opportunities for additional services
  • Participating in business development activities, including preparing and presenting client pitches
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 procedures and maintaining high technical standards
  • Assisting with billing procedures, debt collection, and financial reporting
  • Actively contributing to innovation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery
