Key Responsibilities

• Managing audit and accounts assignments from planning to completion
• Leading and mentoring a team of junior staff
• Reviewing financial statements and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Maintaining and developing strong client relationships
• Identifying and implementing process improvements
• Liaising with partners and senior management on strategic business matters

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong experience in audit and accounts within an accountancy practice
• Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple assignments
