Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a market leader in their field, who are looking for a Finance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role and will be able to travel to Redhill 3 days a week to work.

Main Duties:

  • Month and year-end Profit and Loss accounts
  • Manage company’s ongoing monthly and annual cashflow and produce budgets and forecasts
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are correctly recorded, executed and monitored
  • Monitor all accounts including processing all invoices for purchases and sales
  • Preparing financials statements
  • Process quarterly VAT returns
  • Manage Fixed Asset Register
  • Monthly Management Accounts
  • All reconciliations
  • Supervise preparation of monthly payments to creditors
  • Month end procedures - including prepayments and accruals
  • Monthly Payroll and Commission calculations
  • Liaison with Directors / External Accountant

About You:

  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Task Orientated
  • Able to prioritise and meet deadlines
