Alexander Lloyd is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager for a client in Surrey to support business growth and strategy.
The role offers a salary between £70k and £80k, along with a car allowance and benefits, in a hybrid working environment.
Key responsibilities include ownership of budgeting and forecasting cycles, financial reporting, and providing insightful commentary based on in-depth analysis.
The ideal candidate should be ACA qualified with PQE, having experience in a commercial or FP&A function, preferably in an SME environment.
Candidates should have strong communication skills and be prepared to work closely with the senior leadership team to drive new initiatives.

Salary ranging between £70k-/£80k plus car allowance plus benefits/ hybrid working

The Role

Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting cycles from development through to implementation
Financial reporting
Provide insightful commentary following in-depth analysis of the numbers budget/spend etc.
Work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and drive new initiatives and business strategy

The Person

Audit trained then moved into a commercial / FP&A function in industry
ACA Qualified preferably with PQE
Strong communication skills
Experience gained in an SME environment
