Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or ACCA qualification preferred.
- Proven experience (X+ years) in a client-facing role within an accounting practice.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate team members.
- Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
