The Company/Team: This role sits within a team of 7 people that support & collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders, clients and third parties. This is a multi-channel dept with 3 main functions: Client Support, Client Enablement and Change & Governance. The company is well known for developing people, hence being open to developing someone with a pensions’ admin background.
The Role: The Pensions Client Support Manager role is based within a team that works with new and existing clients, internal Stakeholders and third parties to deliver scalable service and support that is of the highest quality, utilising industry best practice. Main responsibilities include:
- In addition to the duties mentioned above, you will also be involved with pipeline management & detailed requirement gathering, handing over to the Implementation Project Manager or Account Management team.
- Assess & review new business opportunities by evaluation trend data, contribution flows and existing assets to transfer to our client, researching firms to ensure a tailored sales process.
- Build relationships with external benefit consultants & clients to maximise successful new business opportunities.
- Support the existing client Relationship Director team with client rebid and retention proposals.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding time-scales & deliverables, taking client requirements into account, alongside operational processes.
- Working closely with the Propositions team to define & develop self-serve capabilities
Skills / Experience Required: For the Pensions Client Support Manager post, you must have DB & DC administration experience, strong knowledge of pension regulations & legislation + some client facing experience.
