About the Role:We are a well-established scaffolding company based in Redhill, looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to join our growing team. As an Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient office operations, ensuring security checks are conducted regularly, and performing data entry tasks accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular security checks to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Manage and update company databases, ensuring all data is entered and maintained accurately.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing, document management, and responding to inquiries.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Assist with maintaining health and safety compliance documentation.
  • Manage and update records of scaffold equipment, staff schedules, and project status.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role (preferably in the construction or scaffolding industry).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
