An experienced Billing Manager is sought to join a dynamic team, supervising a team of 3. The role involves owning and managing the monthly billing cycle, including management reporting, and overseeing the UK Airtime Billing team. The successful candidate will be the subject matter expert for NIBS, INSIGHT provisioning, and airtime third-party systems, ensuring all billing and provisioning requests are resolved efficiently.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Manage NIBS and third-party systems for provisioning orders, customer accounts, billing profiles, and rates.
  • Maintain the accuracy of the airtime billing database (NIBS).
  • Process activations, deactivations, package changes, and advise on Early Termination Fees.
  • Ensure timely performance of airtime processes and oversee monthly billing cycles.
  • Configure provisioning requests for billing and perform daily/weekly checks for errors, resolving them promptly.
  • Run invoice processing and validate invoices before issuing.
  • Handle queries and resolve them promptly, extracting and presenting analytical reports for billing and activation.
  • Manage Freshdesk ticketing queues within SLAs and process prepay voucher sales orders and invoices.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and departments to ensure accurate and timely processes.
  • Provide support and training for NIBS and INSIGHT modules.
  • Approve supplier invoices and purchase ledger activity with the finance team.
  • Manage complaints and escalate as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven team management skills.
  • Extensive experience in Airtime Billing and provisioning, with a track record of delivering high-level global customer service.
  • Experience with Telecoms billing software and/or billing processes.
