Control Room Salary £40,000 - Redhill

You will play an extremely important support role for the business which is within their control room team. You will be responsible for monitoring operations at various business sites responding to various alarms including systems, intruder and fire alarms. I have worked with this client for many years now and they have created a fantastic environment… The communications team are undertaking more and more work and therefore needs your help!

The Role:

  • You will monitor the in-house security system.
  • Monitor the telephone, radio systems and CCTV.
  • Have constant communication with customers, authorities and employees.
  • Recording all complaints and enquiries through the system.
  • Raise emergency jobs and issue the relevant plans to the support teams engineers.
  • 12-hour continuous shift rota working some evenings and weekends.

The Person:

  • Ability to work at a fast pace and record all data accurately
  • A calm nature and able to multitask
  • Able to work alone and unsupervised and cope with competing demands and pressures
  • You will have a working knowledge of Microsoft office systems.
