My client, a provider of Hoist and Plant equipment who have been established for over 25 years are looking for a Trainee Hoist Engineer to join their rapidly expanding team.

About your new Trainee Hoist Engineering role:

  • Routine maintenance, service and repair of Construction Hoist’s.
  • Repairs as necessary to ensure hire equipment is fit for purpose and operating efficiently.
  • PDI inspection work.
  • LOLER’s Visiting customer sites attending to breakdowns.

What you’ll need to succeed for this Trainee Hoist Engineer role:

  • Previous experience in Hoist., Powered Access, Plant, Material Handling or HGV.
  • A passion for service Approachable and the ability to work in a team.
  • CSCS Card is preferable NVQ qualification or equivalent
  • Full UK Drivers licence
  • Previous experience as a Hoist is beneficial
