Key Requirements:
- Experience:Substantial experience in the lettings industry with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
- Qualifications:MARLA qualification is highly desirable.
- Leadership:Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team, fostering a positive and results-driven culture.
- Communication:Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Organisational Skills:Exceptional ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Mobility:A valid UK driving license is essential
- Tech-Savvy:Proficient with lettings software and comfortable with technology to support efficient operations.
