Handyman/Woman with Health & Safety Experience

  • Location: Nutfield, Surrey
  • Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours/week)
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (Dependent on Experience)
  • Requirement: UK Driver’s Licence

Required Experience & Skills

  • Strong Handyman/Woman skills, including decorating, carpentry, and general building work
  • Essential: Health & Safety experience, with the ability to manage Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS)
  • Basic office skills, including email communication and document management
  • Fire safety knowledge

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular fire and health & safety checks/tests
  • Perform general handyman/woman tasks, including rubbish clearance when needed
  • Carry out full office refurbishments, including decorating and carpentry
  • Manage paperwork, including certificates, RAMS, and compliance documents
  • Oversee and maintain building facilities
