Handyman/Woman with Health & Safety Experience

- Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours/week)
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (Dependent on Experience)
- Requirement: UK Driver’s Licence

Required Experience & Skills
- Strong Handyman/Woman skills, including decorating, carpentry, and general building work
- Essential: Health & Safety experience, with the ability to manage Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS)
- Basic office skills, including email communication and document management
- Fire safety knowledge
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular fire and health & safety checks/tests
- Perform general handyman/woman tasks, including rubbish clearance when needed
- Carry out full office refurbishments, including decorating and carpentry
- Manage paperwork, including certificates, RAMS, and compliance documents
- Oversee and maintain building facilities
