Are you an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a thriving early years setting? We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and motivated Nursery Manager to join a well-established nursery in Redhill. This is a fantastic opportunity for a leader who is passionate about providing high-quality care and education, with a focus on the development of both children and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the nursery team, ensuring high standards of care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Oversee day-to-day nursery operations, including staff management, training, and development.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and external professionals to ensure the well-being and development of the children.
  • Ensure compliance with all safeguarding and health and safety regulations, as well as nursery policies and procedures.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels to ensure the nursery operates efficiently and effectively.
  • Recruit, onboard, support, train, and evaluate all staff to ensure the provision of high-quality childcare services.
  • Promote the development of best practices in special needs and inclusion.

Requirements:

  • A full and relevant level 3 (or above) Early Years childcare qualification.
  • Paediatric first aid trained and safeguarding trained it desirable.
  • In depth knowledge of the new EYFS Framework.
  • Proven experience and evidence of improving performance.
  • Extensive experience in the Early Years environment.
  • A passion for childcare and child development.
  • 1 Year Nursery Manager experience (preferred but not required).
