Our client is a successful and established Financial Advice firm in Horsham and they are currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to join the team

We are looking for at least 3 years experience as a HR Manager running a small team of HR Advisers and ideally someone who is CIPD

The ideal candidate will come from Financial Services although this is not essential

Must be based local to Horsham as you will be required to be in the office 3-4 days per week

Base circa £42-50000 plus benefits and bonus
