Keep reading!We are working with a fantastic company based in Redhill, seeking a Payroll Manager to join them on a 6-month fixed-term basis. In this role, you will play a critical part in integrating and transferring a the their payroll data to a new system.You will work closely with the People and Payroll Systems Project Manager, as well as managing a Team of Payroll Officers.Day to day may include:
- Test and maintain payroll system accuracy
- Support payroll and HR system integration, ensuring accurate data transfer
- Manage pension data, reconciliations, and annual returns
- Ensure HMRC compliance and collaborate with Finance on reconciliations
- Supervise two payroll officers
We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude as well as:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- relevant payroll experience and/or qualifications
- Great IT skills
