We are working with a fantastic company based in Redhill, seeking a Payroll Manager to join them on a 6-month fixed-term basis. In this role, you will play a critical part in integrating and transferring a the their payroll data to a new system.

You will work closely with the People and Payroll Systems Project Manager, as well as managing a Team of Payroll Officers.

Day to day may include:

  • Test and maintain payroll system accuracy
  • Support payroll and HR system integration, ensuring accurate data transfer
  • Manage pension data, reconciliations, and annual returns
  • Ensure HMRC compliance and collaborate with Finance on reconciliations
  • Supervise two payroll officers

We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude as well as:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • relevant payroll experience and/or qualifications
  • Great IT skills
