Are you a skilled IT support professional looking for an opportunity to focus on infrastructure support?
We are seeking a proactive IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our client's team of Engineers. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support, helping to maintain and improve the IT infrastructure for both internal users and customers. You'll be a key player in ensuring seamless operations and security across a range of IT systems. This role is 50% BAU Support, and 50% Projects / Infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day support for IT infrastructure, including computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.Support and Manage cloud messaging services and virtual environments (VMware).
Install and configure hardware such as IP phones, mobile devices, and workstations.Administer corporate servers, ensuring the smooth running of systems and efficient patch management.Manage onsite A/V equipment, including video conferencing setups.Collaborate with the IT team to support corporate networks and assist in IT projects.Adhere to change control processes and cyber security policies.Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving for internal users and clients.
About You:Strong experience in a busy IT environment, ideally supporting 100+ users across multiple locations.Solid technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop environments (Windows 10/11).Competency in Windows Server administration (2019/2022).Understanding of IT security, including antivirus, encryption, and authentication..Familiarity with cloud messaging services and virtual environments (VMware).Previous experience in 1st/2nd line support is essential.Ability to achieve Security Clearance (SC/DV).
