IT Systems Engineer required by Communications client. Our client deliver world class broadband and internet services and are a leading player in the communications domain. Due to team expansion, our client is recruiting for an IT Support Technician to help them in their growth.
Essential Skills and Experience
- HND or Degree in Computing or a similar discipline
- Previous experience of working for a Managed Services Provider - MSP
- Windows Server 2019/2022 and Windows Desktop 10/11 skills and experience
- VMware build knowledge and experience including High Availability and Configuring and Troubleshooting experience.
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking concepts including routing, switching and firewalling.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of Endpoint Central or Veeam or PRTG
- Microsoft Qualifications would be highly desirable
- Project Planning and Delivery experience.
