Job Title: Junior Claims Advisor

Salary: £24,000

Location: Redhill

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing friendly, helpful support to customers via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Assisting in the inspection and processing of bikes as part of claims handling.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate customer records and internal databases.
  • Coordinating sales orders, shipments, salvage processing, and third-party recoveries.
  • Identifying and escalating any potential fraud cases.
  • Contributing to a smooth and efficient claims journey with a focus on excellent customer service.
