Use of stores system to book in/out items 

Inspection and confirmation that delivery requirements are compliant and accurate to order description, free of damage and of the correct specification and quality

Periodic stocktaking activities

Tracking and expediting of goods ordered in compliance with delivery lead times and control of goods issued to ensure management of stock is controlled

Coordination of allocation and kitting of inventory required for scheduled work

Identification, locating and reserving materials held on inventory for work scheduled or point of use and management of unused spares back onto stock

Management of all inventory through an existing MRP system, ensuring accurate data input together with responsibility for the integrity of all software systems

Ensuring strict adherence to all relevant Health and Safety procedures

Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipates needed supplies; consults with the Production Manager in respect of placing or expediting orders for supply

Documents actions as appropriate/completes all company paperwork in an accurate and timely manner

Contributes to the team effort meeting all schedules and timelines demonstrates a strong team approach ensuring clear communication with colleagues at all levels

To undertake continuous training and development as required

Undertaking any other duties as may be required by the Management team
