Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. Contracts are mainly in Epsom as well as: Guildford, Crawley, Redhill & Horley.

The Role

UPVC Window Fitting & Multi Trade OR general multi trade works Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting
Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting, Maintenance work

Receive & complete works via PDA device
Work safely in accordance with H&S
Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, Painting & Decorating, Fencing, Paving

Skills & Experience

Relevant industry qualifications (NVQ, CSCS)
Full UK Drivers License
Social Housing experience preferred
