Morr & Co are looking for an experienced marketing professional to join a friendly, professional, and busy Marketing and BD team. Reporting into the Marketing & Business Development Director, you will be responsible for managing and reporting on a broad range of the firm’s marketing activities. This is a diverse and hands on role working across all areas of the business, where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the profile of Morr & Co.

The fundamentals of the role…

  • Help ensure that information about marketing and BD activities are effectively communicated to relevant people across the firm in a timely manner
  • Help prepare newsletters, articles, blogs, direct mailings etc ensuring that all items are consistent with the firm’s branding.
  • Be a brand guardian and a brand ambassador - ensuring all materials produced throughout the firm are in line with the latest brand guidelines
  • Work with the Business Development and Marketing Director to implement the firm’s public profile and brand image identifying opportunities for articles, interviews, seminars, etc and obtain contributions from all areas of the firm ensuring consistency in all such materials.
  • Assist the team with proofing and reviewing marketing documentation as required
  • Be the main point of contact for the Marketing team for incoming enquiries and monitor the marketing inbox(s) and distribute as necessary
  • Ensure that all staff are using the CRM system correctly and promote best practice
  • Assist the Business Development and Marketing Director as required, managing diary, organising meetings etc.
  • Take an active role in organising staff events including invitation lists, coordinating venue bookings, catering, and travel.
  • Prepare event materials - packs and presentations
  • Deputise for team members as required.
  • Provide cover for essential elements of marketing assistant role when required
