We are recruiting for a fast-paced and growing E-commerce company looking to add a dynamic Account Manager to their team. About the Role:As an Account Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for dealer partners, managing relationships and supporting their business growth. You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of dealer projects, from managing inbound queries to overseeing the implementation of trading plans in collaboration with the marketing team. You will also coordinate larger projects across departments, ensuring excellent service delivery.

Top Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture trusting relationships with dealer partners through regular, proactive communication
  • Manage inbound dealer queries from start to resolution, maintaining a high standard of service
  • Support dealer onboarding projects, including data cleansing and pre/post go-live training
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement dealer trading plans
  • Coordinate multi-departmental projects to ensure smooth execution
  • Manage dealer reporting requests and ensure data accuracy

Who You Are:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Account Management or a customer-facing role
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, ideally in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, office supplies, FMCG, or retail
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills - confident, personable, and adaptable
  • Intermediate Excel skills, capable of analysing and manipulating data
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client action plans and meet deadlines
  • Enthusiastic, with a positive mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Commercially minded, with an understanding of business goals and a passion for how technology drives performance
