Role Overview:Mi client is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Account Manager to oversee the daily management of assigned customer accounts across various categories, including high street and e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Partnership: Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers across all channels to ensure long-term success and development.
- Sales and Promotions: Manage the sell-in process for new product developments, promotions, and events, including brand presentations, listing forms, and pricing.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategy planning meetings and provide valuable insights.
- Budget Management: Plan and track brand support expenditures within the allocated budget, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary contact between customers and internal teams regarding marketing and customer needs.
- Sales Administration: Handle sales administration for all orders and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely and complete shipments.
- Market Analysis: Monitor retail trends and maximize opportunities for customer growth.
- Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities, including space, visibility, activities, and new customer doors.
- Field Visits: Conduct field visits to assess retailer support, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Product Training: Provide product training to retailers either in person or via Teams.
- Issue Resolution: Address issues and concerns promptly, offering solutions and recommendations.
- Brand Planning: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop robust brand plans for allocated customers.
- Efficiency Improvement: Continuously strive to enhance efficiency and simplify processes within the team.
- Flexibility: Support various business needs as required.

- Experience: Proven experience in account management or a similar role.
