As a Customer Service and Operations Coordinator, you will be at the heart of operations, handling everything from order processing to managing office facilities. Your responsibilities will include
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Fulfilment:
- Order taking and logging
- Packing and invoice generation
- Shipping and handling bookings
- Extended warranty support
- Managing and scheduling delivery servicing team
Account Management:
- Setting up trade accounts
- Credit control chasing via phone and email
Stock Control:
- Demo stock management
- Supporting shipping processes
- Dealing with customs, carriers, and VAT deferment
- Stock counting
Customer Sales:
- Handling technical calls and referrals to technicians
- Confirming RMAs and refunds
- Media services support, including Facebook and Mailchimp management
Office Facilities:
- Management of office facilities and services
Skills and Experience Required:
- Good telephone manner
- Willingness to speak to customers
- Attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately
IT Skills:
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office packages
- Ability to use Mailchimp
- Understanding of social media packages and ability to respond to messages
- Ability to utilize photo images and create flyers
