Our client is a leading provider of scaffolding solutions for the UK’s top contractors. They specialise in designing bespoke scaffolding for complex projects, including listed buildings, high-security sites, hazardous industries, underground works, and prestigious events.

Salary: £27,000 - £29,000

Location: Outwood - Due to location you need to be a driver

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Start: ASAP - Temp to Perm

Job Role:

As the Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and compliant operations regarding security pass applications, onboarding processes, training arrangements, and fleet administration. This position requires close collaboration with the HR Administrator, Office Manager, and other team members to ensure accurate and timely support in obtaining security passes, managing training records, and handling general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Security Pass Management - Coordinate with HR to obtain and manage airside, parliamentary, and other security passes, ensuring accurate and timely applications.
  • Onboarding Support - Assist HR and managers in onboarding by managing security clearance progress updates and gathering necessary information from candidates.
  • Documentation and Tracking - Ensure timely return of paperwork, maintain the Airside Pass tracker, and oversee renewal of security passes.
  • Training and Certification - Cooperate with HR to schedule employee training and monitor certification expirations for timely renewals.
  • Fleet and Office Support - Support fleet administration, procurement, and general office tasks, including phone management, message-taking, and coverage for absences.

Skills:

  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in HR, security, or compliance administration is desirable.
