We're on the lookout for a confident and bubbly Office Manager to join a lovely team with our client. This role is perfect if you're looking for a balance between work and life, without the pressure of managing everything on your own.

You'll be a core support to the team and help drive the company's growth - but don't worry, you won't be doing it alone! You'll have two great colleagues by your side to share the workload (no micromanaging here).

  • You're comfortable with Excel, Word, and (bonus points) Xero

Your day to day:

  • Keeping the office running smoothly
  • Helping out the finance team
  • Managing client processes
  • Keeping the database organised and up-to-date
  • Coordinating team and client activities
  • Offering support with marketing
