  • Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Understand bespoke specifications and advise customers on the best products to meet their needs.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes to convert enquiries into sales orders.
  • Process sales orders efficiently, advising customers on dispatch times.
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM system to ensure accuracy and reliability.
The Person:
  • Proven sales support experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Good attention to detail due to high level of data and paperwork.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and handling multiple responsibilities.
