Our client, a leader in their sector, is seeking a skilled Scanning Operatives to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic chance to contribute to a dynamic organisation and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm but could be flexible and be 8.30am to 4.30pm. Pay rate is 12.00 per hour.

As a Scanning Operative, you will play a crucial role in the digitization process, ensuring that documents are scanned accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include prepping documents, conducting quality control checks, and organising scanned files. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of scanning procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

The role involves prepping & scanning on the Opex machine, (full training with another operator will take place) as well as scanning you will be booking in the files too.

Prepare documents for scanning, ensuring they are properly aligned and organised.
Operate scanning equipment and software to convert paper documents into electronic files.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of scanned documents.
Organise and label scanned files according to established protocols.
Collaborate with other team members to maintain efficient workfare and meet project deadlines.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area.

To excel in this role, you will need:
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to resolve issues independently.
