Due to expansion, they are recruiting for an AOV / Smoke Control Technical Manager, you will be:-
- Working with long standing FM commercial clients in and around the London and M25 area mostly with some client visits being further out into the home counties
- Based from their office in surrey but you will be out on the road and working from home most of the time
- Managing the smoke / fire team of two engineers with a mind to grow the client base and the team as a whole
- Going to site to do site surveys and produce quotes for the client for remedial works and maintenance contracts
- Dealing with the RAMS for site and ordering materials for site
Skills needed to be an AOV / Smoke Control Technical Manager
- Living anywhere in or around the London / M25 area would be ideal but they would also look at anyone in the surrounding home counties
- You need some sort of experience working within the smoke control sector, the ventilation sector - this can be from being a senior engineer who wants to progress into management or directly from being a manager in this sector
- They are looking for someone that is commercial aware and wants to help grow the fire and smoke team
Salary and Benefits of an AOV / Smoke Control Technical Manager:-
- 50-55k basic salary depending on experience
- 25 days holidays + 8 bank holidays
