About the Role:

Randstad Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our team and work within our partner schools across Redhill. As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to young learners, helping them develop the foundational skills they need to succeed in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and support to help each child achieve their potential.
  • Work collaboratively with other teachers, support staff, and school leaders to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a culture of respect and learning.
  • Engage with parents and carers to keep them informed of their child's progress and well-being.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for teaching young children and helping them succeed.
