Job Title: Graduate Product Coordinator

Location: Redhill

Salary: £28k plus bonus

Role:

  • Ability to produce or translate technical content into customer/ benefits led output including white papers, brochures, application notes, user guides, technical service updates and input for press releases etc.
  • In liaison with the Technical Product Manager and Marketing Department ensure suitable and up to date marketing and sales collateral; user guides, FAQ's and sales benefits and fact sheets.
  • To assist the Technical Product Manager in the product launch of new products and services
  • Assist in driving new products or services across the company (including engineering, marketing, logistics and support) through market requirements and positioning.
  • Work with the Technical Product Manager and Systems Engineering teams to perform product evaluations
  • Support sales with customer meetings, demos and events.
  • Administration of internal and external customer portals.
  • Requirements capture for internal and external software development projects.
  • Project Management of in house projects
  • Assist with the management of firmware releases and following the company's Bulletin process
