Job Title: Graduate Product Coordinator

Salary: £28k plus bonus

Role:
- Ability to produce or translate technical content into customer/ benefits led output including white papers, brochures, application notes, user guides, technical service updates and input for press releases etc.
- In liaison with the Technical Product Manager and Marketing Department ensure suitable and up to date marketing and sales collateral; user guides, FAQ's and sales benefits and fact sheets.
- To assist the Technical Product Manager in the product launch of new products and services
- Assist in driving new products or services across the company (including engineering, marketing, logistics and support) through market requirements and positioning.
- Work with the Technical Product Manager and Systems Engineering teams to perform product evaluations
- Support sales with customer meetings, demos and events.
- Administration of internal and external customer portals.
- Requirements capture for internal and external software development projects.
- Project Management of in house projects
- Assist with the management of firmware releases and following the company's Bulletin process
Requirements:
- Technology degree
- Good knowledge of IP networking
- Excellent written and verbal skills
