About the role of Project Manager
We are working with a well-established Principal Contractor who pride themselves on quality, innovation and social awareness. We are looking for a talented Project Manager to join their team to successfully deliver a 15m school project.
Responsibilities for Project Manager
- Develop the project programme and schedules ensuring milestones are achieved
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client and senior management
- Monitor project budgets and costs
- Oversee and manage the site team, ensuring strict adherence to H&S
- Conduct regular progress reviews, manage risks and resolving issues
Requirements for Project Manager
- Proven track record as a Project Manager successfully delivering D&B projects up to 20m
- CSCS, SMSTS and 1st aid
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts and industry standards
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively
