- Client Management: Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, delivering exceptional service and resolving any issues efficiently.
- Business Development: Proactively source new instructions and expand the agency’s lettings portfolio in the South Nutfield area.
- Property Management Oversight: Ensure all properties under management comply with current lettings regulations.
- Financial Management: Monitor team performance and financial KPIs, including rental income and revenue targets.
- Marketing and Promotion: Work with the marketing team to promote available properties and attract new clients.
- Proven track record in lettings, ideally at a senior or managerial level.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- In-depth knowledge of lettings regulations and compliance.
- A target-driven mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
