Our client is seeking a Group Risk Consultant to join their team in their Redhill offices, identifying and pursuing business opportunities across all the firm's locations.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Business Development
  • Internal collaboration
  • Executing projects
  • Meeting participation to share insights and best practices
  • Managing high value and complex client accounts
  • Providing subject matter expertise
  • Driving revenue growth through business generation and client retention

Travel to client sites and other office locations will be required as needed in this role.

About you:

  • You will have a strong understanding of DC pensions
  • You will have an up to date knowledge of financial planning and employee benefits consultancy including products, funds, pensions, markets and financial instruments.
  • You will have proven experience in a similar role working with private or corporate clients.
  • You will be completely comfortable with sales activity including negotiation
  • You will have demonstrated success in sales and managing and developing business from new and existing clients
  • A diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent (QCF Level 4) and you will have a commitment to achieving QCF Level 6 (Advanced diploma or Chartered Status within 24 hours of becoming a regulated adviser.
