HR Business Partner, £45,000 - Hybrid         

We are looking for a skilled HR professional to join a dynamic and growing financial services company, where you will be integral to empowering teams and supporting managers in employee relations and performance issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing appropriate actions that comply with company policies and legislation. 

We are eager to find a candidate with drive and confidence to work independently. This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone in an established HR BP or experience HR Advisor looking for their next step. Further responsibilities include; delivering advice and guidance to line management on ER and performance related issues and employees. You will need to be well versed in issues such as long term absence, sickness, disciplinary and grievances. There will also be involvement in the UK recruitment process being key to ensuring a fair and consistent approach. Management reporting will also be an important part of this position, reporting on HR Metrics, headcount, global metrics and reports for finance. Along with maintaining HR policies and procedures, updating where necessary.

Skills required: 

- Part CIPD qualified or above. 

- Operating previously at an HR Advisor level is essential. 

- Previous experience leading on recruitment initiatives. 

- Up to date knowledge of Employment Legislation and its application.

- Happy to work in a fast-paced environment.
