What you’ll be doing:

  • Sourcing and matching talent with our clients
  • Building relationships like a pro, from cold calls to coffee chats
  • Managing the whole recruitment process, from “Hey, nice to meet you!” to “Congrats on the new job!”
  • Keeping your finger on the pulse of industry trends and staying ahead of the game.

‍What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year Recruitment experience, ideally from Creative Recruitment Industry 
  • A people-person who can strike up a conversation with anyone.
  • Comfortable with a phone-first, email-second approach.
  • A natural problem solver who loves a challenge and stays cool under pressure
  • Experience in recruitment is desirable, however we will also consider applicants with prior B2B sales experience.
  • Target-driven and naturally competitive.
