What you’ll be doing:

Sourcing and matching talent with our clients
Building relationships like a pro, from cold calls to coffee chats
Managing the whole recruitment process, from “Hey, nice to meet you!” to “Congrats on the new job!”
Keeping your finger on the pulse of industry trends and staying ahead of the game.

‍What we’re looking for:

Minimum 1 year Recruitment experience, ideally from Creative Recruitment Industry
A people-person who can strike up a conversation with anyone.
Comfortable with a phone-first, email-second approach.
A natural problem solver who loves a challenge and stays cool under pressure
Experience in recruitment is desirable, however we will also consider applicants with prior B2B sales experience.
