Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a confident individual on behalf of a leading business in Redhill due to expansion within their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of transactional and month end accounts and will be looking to continue to learn and develop as the role progresses.

The Role:

  • Journal; pre-payment and accruals
  • Produce monthly financial reports
  • VAT Reconciliation and submission
  • Fixed assets and depreciation
  • Project costing management
  • Process employee expenses
  • VAT return preparation
  • Monthly GL journals
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Payment run preparation
  • Other ad-hoc finance duties
  • Support with AR invoices for holiday cover

About You:

  • Highly numerate
  • Excellent analytical, data and spreadsheeting skills
  • The ability to communicate with non-finance people in a clear and understandable way
  • Excellent system skills
  • A passion for getting things right
  • Good time management and the ability to work well with people in a team
  • The ability to break down a complex problem into manageable chunks and deal with these
