Salary: 25,000 - 30,000

Role Purpose:
To manage and supervise yard staff, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the maintenance department to ensure the smooth transition of daily jobs.
• Coordinate the correct and safe loading and unloading of goods in the yard, including heavy lifting.
• Maintain attention to detail, ensuring processes are followed with a double-check mindset.
• Keep work areas neat and tidy at all times.
• Check components and verify correct loading/unloading of site vehicles.
• Process stock and damages using computer systems.
• Report any site issues to the Equipment Manager.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Willingness to learn the hoist trade and machinery configurations.
• Strong understanding of relevant machinery parts.
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Full UK/EU driving licence (mandatory).
• Willingness to travel nationwide.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge and background in hoist operations.
• Forklift license.

Education and Qualifications:
